Somatic 5D Breathing & Trauma Release

Somatic 5D Breathing and Trauma Release: Somatic Breathwork Healing utilizes a three-part pranayama (breathing practice) to bring the nervous system into an altered state of consciousness. From this state, frozen or stuck energies and emotions thaw and come into play. Simultaneously, the practitioner is able to witness the places that have become frozen, allowing the unconscious to let go of unhelpful gripping, bringing energy into the present time.


We will then transition to trauma release exercises that are scientifically proven to release trauma from the body using a series of simple but powerful exercises that work with the psoas muscle to stimulate the central nervous system. These two powerful practices are helpful both for trauma and general stress relief. You'll be held.
