We encourage everyone that attends SSBD to camp with us for free.
If you don’t want to camp, there are tons of Hotel Options only 10-15 minutes away.
Camping Options

Up-Front Campgrounds
The Up-Front Campgrounds keep you close to the action with beautiful lakeside views. You can't park your car at your campsite here, there are multiple small parking lots throughout this campground so you can park very close to where you pitch your tent. This campground does not have showers although you can walk to other campgrounds to shower.

Car-Camping Campgrounds
The Car-Camping Campgrounds are spacious and allows you to park your car in your campsite so you can store gear in the vehicle or use your vehicle as part of your setup. The car-camping campgrounds all of brick and mortar showers that are free to use. The car-camping campgrounds are a little farther from the stages so prepare for a 5-10 minute walk to and from camp.

RV Camping Options
Full Hookup Or Regular RV Spaces
If you're bringing an RV you can ether park it in our Full Hookup RV spots that include 30amp power, grey water dump, running water and a full camp site next to the RV or you can park in our RV Parking Lot that allows you simply park your RV on-site at the festival. -
Glamping Options
1, 2 and 4 Bed Options
Let us do the work for you by choosing to stay in our beautiful Glamping area. Our teams set up your full size bell tent or ShiftPod along with multiple beds, premium bedding, rugs and A/C unit options. Enjoy private showers, a private lounge to meet your neighbors and 24/7 concierge throughout the festival.
Camping FAQs
Can I camp in a different area than my parking pass?
IIf your friends got a different parking pass than you, you can still camp with them at their site. You may have a longer walk with your gear depending on where you park. All parking pass holders will be directed to the lots they purchased parking for.
Can friends camp next to my RV?
You will need a full-hookup RV pass if you would like to have people camp in tents next to your RV. The non-hookup RV lot is literally just a parking lot. Full Hookup Spots all have a picnic area and camping areas next to them. If your friends are bringing a vehicle they can purchase an RV Companion Pass to park next to you.
Are there free water refill stations?
Yes, free water refill areas are all over all of the camping areas and inside the festival. All the water on site from any spigot in the campgrounds is fresh and potable.
Do you have showers on site?
Yes there are free-to-use showers all over the car-camping campgrounds. These are maintained daily by the state park. All attendees are allowed to use these showers.
How do I ensure my group can camp together?
Our camping spots will fill up on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to arrive at different times and still camp together we would suggest purchasing one of our Group Campsites.
What other ammenties are there?
We’ll have ice for sale, a general store with most essential items you might forget, first aid, showers, free water refill stations, harm reduction services, massage and healer services available for purchase, 24/7 security, food trucks and a full bar in the festival grounds.
Pack It In - Pack It Out
SSBD has a Pack It In, Pack It Out policy. So please bring your own 3 trash sorting bags/bins.
Campsites are responsible for separating their own trash and taking it out of the festival grounds.
Simply, whatever you bring in - you are responsible for bringing out!
