Refund policy

All sales are final. This event is rain or shine and there will be NO REFUNDS or exchanges of purchased tickets/wristbands. Do not lose your ticket/wristband, as it will NOT be replaced if it is lost, stolen or destroyed. You must wear your wristband at all times inside the festival. If you are not wearing a wristband you will be asked to leave or purchase a new wristband.

By purchasing a ticket/wristband you consent to allow our security team to search you and your vehicle upon entry to the venue. This ticket/wristband is being purchased to the Same Same But Different Music Festival and not to any particular artist’s performance. All artist’s listed on the web site are currently confirmed for the event, and we reserve the right to cancel, change or reschedule any and all musical acts and venues.

The holder of the ticket/wristband grants the Same Same But Different LLC the right to use their image/likeness as captured on film, video or any other electronic medium being utilized at the event, and further understands that such images will likely be used to promote future events. Same Same But Different LLC reserves the right to refuse entrance, or remove any ticket holder from the venue, for any reason.

Each ticket/wristband is good only for the event which it is issued and is not transferable. Each ticket/wristband is a limited revocable license and may be revoked and admission refunded at the sole discretion of the sponsoring organization. Same Same But Different Music Festival reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the ticket/wristband price, to refuse admission or eject any person whose actions are deemed disorderly or fails to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein. In addition, Same Same But Different Music Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.

Tickets/Wristbands obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void. This ticket/wristband cannot be replaced if lost, destroyed or stolen.

BY COMPLETING THIS PURCHASE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ABIDE BY THIS TICKET PURCHASE POLICY.

In the event of cancellation, refund information will be available at this web site. Cancellation would require that all 3 days of festival are canceled. If any day of the festival takes place in part or in full, the festival shall not be deemed to be cancelled. If the event is postponed and rescheduled for another date within 3 years of scheduled date, the ticket/wristband shall be valid for the rescheduled date, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. This ticket/wristband is not subject to any refund and shall bear no cash value. If issued complimentary, your ticket/wristband shall not be exchangeable. No refunds, no exchanges, event date, time & location subject to change. All rights reserved.

Same Same But Different LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets/wristbands sent via US Mail. Customers must report any lost or missing tickets/wristbands no later than 48 hours before doors open.

The purchaser and/or bearer of this ticket/wristband understands and acknowledges that he/she is purchasing this ticket to the Same Same But Different Music Festival and not a particular artist’s performance. The Same Same But Different Music Festival is an outdoor festival and weather conditions will affect the performances of all entertainers and there is a possibility that a particular performer may or may not be able to perform due to circumstances beyond our control. Thus, the purchaser and/or bearer of this ticket/wristband understands, acknowledges and will not expect a refund for the purchase of this ticket/wristband for any talent cancellations. Talent line-up and schedule is subject to change at any time.

In addition, the purchaser of this ticket understands and acknowledges that this is a camping festival in a natural and unimproved environment and that as with all camping in natural conditions, there are inherent risks of injury or death due to causes of nature. By purchasing this ticket and choosing to attend Same Same But Different Music Festival, the purchaser expressly acknowledges and assumes such risks to injury and agrees to hold Same Same But Different l LLC harmless in the event of such injury or death.

Payment Plan Passes

‍If you purchase using our payment plan and miss payments you will not be eligible to receive a refund for the partially paid plan however you may be offered the chance to pay the remainder of your plan and purchase a ticket in full as long as capacities permit.

Volunteer Passes are refundable up to 4 weeks before the event. You must contact the volunteer coordinator at volunteers@ssbdfest.com to inform our teams you will be unable to attend the event so we can get another volunteer to fill your place. If you request a refund within 4 weeks leading up to the event you will forfeit your deposit.

Vendor Passes are refundable up to 4 weeks before the event. You must contact the vendor coordinator at info@ssbdfest.com to inform our teams you will be unable to attend the event so we can get another vendor to fill your place. If you request a refund within 4 weeks leading up to the event you will forfeit your deposit.

Festival Merchandise We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unless the product is damaged, you will have to pay for shipping the product back to us. You'll receive a store credit refund for your purchase less shipping.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ssbdfest.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
